You may withdraw your consent at any time.<br \/>Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).<\/p>\n<h3>3. Disclosure of data to third parties<\/h3>\n<p>We share your data only where this is necessary for the purposes described above:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>with processors, such as our web host, booking software, payment service providers and email service providers \u2013 all contractually bound to comply with the GDPR<\/li>\n<li>with public authorities, such as registration authorities under the Meldegesetz and the tax office<\/li>\n<li>with external bookkeeping or tax advisers, where required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Transfers to third countries outside the EU or EEA take place only where appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, or where an exception under the GDPR applies.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Retention periods<\/h3>\n<p>We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described or for statutory retention obligations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Booking and contract data: generally 7 years (tax retention obligations)<\/li>\n<li>Registration data: as required by the Meldegesetz<\/li>\n<li>Server logs: a few days up to a maximum of 6 months<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After these periods the data is deleted or anonymised.<\/p>\n<h3>5.
